I do not accept refunds once the payment has been made and I have started the commission.
Refunds may be given if I feel that I am unable to complete the commission.
Unless it is a commercial commission, I do not allow time frames. I am dealing with an extreme case of chronic fatigue syndrome and I need a lot of recovery time.
